We are currently looking for an extremely motivated Pre-Owned Internet Auto Sales Consultant. Knowledge of dealership and shop operations along with a professional work ethic are a necessity. The ability to multi-task, be a self-starter and a team player are all required. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a must. The day will pass quickly while interacting with customers in person, online and on the phone. You will be a vital member of our team.

Automotive Internet Sales – Qualifications

Must be a professional: dependable, trustworthy and maintain a professional appearance.

Meet and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner since you are the first contact by phone, internet or in person for customers

Represent the dealership professionally both in actions and performance of duties with customers and other team members

Previous dealership experience with an excellent working knowledge of pre-owned sales

Have a complete understanding of car sales process to expedite sales

Answer phone calls and respond online to inquiries and texts promptly and accurately using professional and friendly communications skills with customers to keep them updated throughout the sale

Demonstrate continuous strategies to improve processes, increase closing ratio/overall sales efficiency

Stay up to date with all CRM tasks, daily phone call quotas and other client follow up
